Can I pay Direct Deposit into your account?

Please use your Surname as reference and try to email a receipt to sales@aseakogroup.com.au that way we can send your item as soon as we confirm payment.

Can I do a Local Pick up?
Yes, our warehouse is in Moorebank, NSW – Pick up is free of charge, so please enter "0000" as your postcode when going through our checkout so that you will not be charged freight. The warehouse is open Mon - Fri 7.30am - 3pm. Please email or call us to advise when you will be picking up.

Can I pay cash on local pickup?
No, all payments need to made via Direct Deposit into our account or via Paypal – we do not accept cash payments. Once payment has been completed then we will arrange for you to pick up your item from our warehouse.

Can I take out insurance to cover delivery in case my treadmill gets lost or damaged?
We offer full freight insurance FREE OF CHARGE.

What is the weight of the treadmill?
100kg.

Will the courier need assistance when he/she delivers the treadmill?
Yes the delivery driver will need assistance due to OH&S. If you need the delivery to be a certain day then please let us know and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
